N64 launch-window jet-ski racer that left jaws on the floor for one specific reason: water. Wave Race 64's dynamic wave physics — heaving the player around even on smooth-looking courses — was the closest thing to a tech demo the early N64 era produced. Nine courses, four riders, weather, and split-screen versus.
